Hole sponsorships are available for the entire tournament:

Bronze - $350:

Sponsorship Contest

For every $250 that you sponsor, one ticket goes in the hat
for a chance to win a Trip to Orlando.


Schedule of Events:

Thursday, July 27

Par 3 Cross Country  |  6:00 p.m.
9-hole Par 3 contest

This is an optional event with no entry fee.
Teams must consist of 2 (drawn and paired) 
members and their guests, and will be flighted by combined handicap indexes.

3-man Scramble plus 1-man Lone Wolf:
3-man scramble, 1 man lone wolf; 
combine score, rotate lone wolf each hole.

 • 6:00 p.m. shotgun start
 • Entry fee: FREE
 • Format: 3-man Scramble Plus 1 Man Lone Wolf
 • All competitors will play scratch during this event.

Pairings Party in the Clubhouse  |  8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Friday, July 28

Lunch  |  11:00 a.m.
 • Assorted deli meats, cheeses & breads, fresh fruit, 
   pasta salad, chips & brownies.

Scramble - shotgun start Round #1

Scramble
Each team will receive 10% of their
combined handicaps.

 • Putt Putt Contest, Long Drive, Closest to Pin
 • $100 Gift Certificates to Winners
 • Country Western Theme BBQ
   (Ribs, Brisket, and Hot Links) and Music
 • Attire - Country Club Casual

Helicopter Ball Drop  |  7:00 p.m.
Purchase Numbered Golf Balls in the Pro Shop
for $10 each or 15 for $100. Each participant will receive 5 numbered golf balls. 
(included with each paid entry)


Saturday, July 29

Modified Alternate Shot
Each team will receive 20% of their combined handicaps.

Continental breakfast in the Clubhouse

Closest to the Pin Shootout Contest (Hole 18)
 • Lunch served in the Clubhouse
 • Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs & sausages,
   potato salad, chips, assorted cookies

All tournament participants and their guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and restaurant area. There will not be any guest fees charged for the use of the pool during the tournament; however, any restaurant fees must be charged to the member account or be paid by cash or credit card.


Sunday, July 30

Best Ball
Each player will receive 100% of their handicap.

10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
 • Sunday Brunch in the Clubhouse: Club Specials & Margaritas, each participant can buy $10 brunch vouchers for family and friends - good for Sunday, July 30 only. Purchases can be made at the registration table or throughout the weekend at the bar.  
 
Shotgun Start Round #3 Best Ball Format | 1:00 p.m.

Awards & Light hors d’oevres | 5:30 p.m.

Champions Shootout for Flight Winners | 6:00 p.m.
Root on your Flight Winners in the Horse Race Shootout. Shootout teams will be giving strokes to create more of a challenge for A&B Flight teams. If your flight wins, you will be given a $10 gift certificate to the Pro Shop. Must be present to win.

Contests:

Day Money
Per Day / Per Flight
Payout will be determined by number of teams.
1st (50%), 2nd (30%), 3rd (20%)

Skins Competition
Players will be competing in a Skins Competition for each round. Per Day / Per Flight - $120
Players Pool (optional)

$100 per team. Based on all teams in each flight entering Players Pool: Per Flight
1st = $300 team; 2nd = $180 team; Last = $120 team

Closest to the Pin Shootout Contest
Throughout the tournament, all players will have an opportunity to compete in the Closest to the Pin contest. The closest to the pin on each Par 3 each day will win $50 cash (Fri-Sun), but the Friday and Saturday
winners will qualify for a chance to make a Hole in One for $1,000 (Saturday after the round).

The individual who is closest to the pin out of all finalists will win $100 cash. Individuals may win more than one $50 prize if they are closest to the pin on more than one Par 3, but may only qualify once for the $1,000 Hole-in-One. Also, if anyone makes a hole-in-one during the rounds Friday through Sunday, they will receive $500 cash.


Tournament Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams in each flight. 
Each team will receive gift certificates to the Hidden Trails Pro Shop.

1st - $800 per team
2nd - $600 per team
3rd - $400 per team

Flight winners will advance to the Champions Shootout. Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams in the Champions Shootout. Each team will receive gift certificates to the Pro Shop.

1st - $250 per team
2nd - $150 per team
3rd - $100 per team

Price includes 5 numbered balls for ball drop. Based on 90 participants, the beginning pot will be $4,500. Additional gold balls can be purchased in the bar.

All gift certificates, cash prizes and trophies will be handed out at the Awards Reception on
Sunday afternoon.

*All money paid is based on past budget. If sponsorship or participation is less, payouts may be adjusted.
